This would include 520 lineal feet of 1.5 inch storm sewer and two catch basins, storm sewer to connect into existing catch basin atf the NE corner of Jefferson Avenue and Oak Ridge Drive. He further stated that this " improvement should be borne by the property owners who would benefit directly as this policy had been followed in other sections of the City.
