Robert Von Heim, 2015 Redwood Avenue, owner of Lots 5 and 6, Block 2, near end of Redwood Avenue objected to paying for portion pf the intersection at the end of Redwood Avenue. He stated that when the petition was circulated, he did not'even have an opportunity to sign it. City Engineer Jain explained that they had no control over circulating of petition, but that over 60% signed it. There was some objection,to.paving to the middle of the intersection,and ending it there, but this was customary as intersec- tions could not be left out and the City would be responsible for grading and main- tenance where the paving ended. Councilman Werder moved that the protest be over- ruled, seconded by Councilman Royer and carried. !
