<br />no action on this. It was therefore moved by Councilman Morgan this be carried on the

<br />bs IPir. Leofanti submitted letter and appeared. He had permit for 3 years to build and
<br />J house and was now ready for occupancy. This would have been included in the list of
<br />a 17 previously n,ade by Water Superintendent Winter but had been overlooked in the
<br />sur-vey on houses under construction as the ground adjoining was well cultivated and it
<br />was not observed that 'the place was under construction. However, Mr. Winter objected
<br />to connection on the street that house fronted as the worst sufferers In re to the

<br />' & Telegraph Company in its application for hearing on September 27, 1950 before the
<br />Public Utilities Commission of the State of California. Councilman Spillers moved that
<br />request be denied, seconded by Councilman Jones and carried.

<br />I was considered there was no such request at hand and -money was not set aside for this.
