SAN FRANCISCO, <br />MOVE HAD I+BADE NO MOVI, TO INSTALL NEW WATER MAINS, <br />OR RELGCATL ANY EXISTING 1tIAINS THAT PItIGHP <br />RE NECESSARY IN COORDINATING WORK WITH THE CONTRACTOR IN FRIENDLY ACRES IMPROVEMENTS. <br />He had been furnished plans and specifications by City Engineer. Coucilwan Spillers moved approval, seconded by Councilman Morgan and carried. <br />SMOVAL OF CITY POUND. City Manager was authorized to advertise for bids to move the <br />.7. <br />pound on motion of Councilman Morgan, seconded by Councilman Jones and carried. <br />rTAIr;E STRUCTURE IN VICINITY OF CITY POUND VIOUID BE IL FT FOR RECREATION BUILDING and would <br />stand until survey was made. This was the Hoover School Recreation Building. <br />RIDSAND GARAGES USED FOR LIVING QUARTERS - FIVE POINTS AREA were reported by City Manager <br />as being hazardous and unfit for habitation on advice of Fire Chief. The area lay <br />within Redwood Avenue and Center Street from El Camino to Murray Court. On motion of <br />I Councilman Spillers this was to be referred to the Health Department for investiga- <br />tion and report back on conditions wi th their recommendatioh, seconded by Councilman <br />Royer and carried. <br />LR'TTER VIAS RECEIVED FROIYi STATE RECREATION COb1MISSION RE REQUEST FOR APPRAISAL OF RECREATION <br />FACILITIES AND PROGRAMS.- City Manager Rolison stated Mrs. Gladys Snyder, Recreation <br />Specialist would be in his office on Friday to discuss plans Rnd he Would Gall a <br />Recreation Director Red Morton' s attention that fact. A survey would be made accord - <br />1119 to the letter but this could not be dcne until November or December.
