Dr. Pepper had appealed to the decision of the Planning Commission <br />denying the variance. Several of the Councilmen had looked over the area and had interviewed snmPnf the <br />neighbors and had found no objections. Councilman Granger stated he would vote to grant this variance to <br />fit this particular case, but did not approve of setting a precedent. City Attorney Currie explained a <br />resolution was necessary establishing certain facts as covered by Ordinance No. 600. Councilman Herkner <br />offered resolution and moved adoption, seconded by Councilman Morgan, and carried on roll call. <br />RESOLUTION No. 979 <br />GRANTING VARIANCE TO DR. H. PEPPER <br />RESOLVED, by the Council of Redwood City, as follows: <br />1. The appeal of Dr. H. Pepper from the decision of the Planning Commission of Redwood City deny- <br />ing request for variance is hereby granted and Dr. H.
