<br />ACCEPTING DEED OF EASEMENT FROM CARLO FERRANDO AND,GINA FERRANDO,
<br />HIS WIFE.
<br />RESOLVED, by the Council of Redwood City, that a deed of easement from CARLO
<br />FERRANDO and GINA'FERRANDO, his wife, to the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal
<br />corporation, be and it hereby is accepted by and on behalf of the City of Redwood
<br />City.
<br />Said deed grants an easement for street purposes to the City of Redwood City,
<br />on property described as follows:
<br />,All that real property situated in the City of Redwood City,
<br />County of San Mateo, State of California, described as follows:
<br />BEING a portion of Lot 53 as said lot is shown upon that certain
<br />map entitled "TOWN OF MEZESVILLE, SAN FRANCISCO COUNTY, CALIFOR-
<br />NIA", which map was recorded August 1, 1856, in Volume 1 of Maps
<br />at page 1, Records of San Mateo County, which said map is the "
<br />basis of identification of said Lot 53, said property being more
