<br />Roof & Tile Co. was to be added; Page 3, Continuation of clearing, Broadway & irmarshall, motion was to be

<br />report was submitted by the Committee that Mr. Roy Bechtel, 956 - 4th Avenue, owner of,Lot 11G 11 was
<br />willing to sell lot to the City. The committeee recommended that nothing be done until the property
<br />owners decide they want Regent 'Street extended, with all costs of acquiring right of way and imProv-
<br />ing street to be paid for by the interested property owners. It was conceded that this would be costly
<br />and probably difficult to get 50 or 60% of the property owners to agree to run the street through and
<br />improve it. Councilman Jones moved this be carried on the agenda, seconded by Councilman Morgan and
<br />carried.
