The committeee recommended that nothing be done until the property <br />owners decide they want Regent 'Street extended, with all costs of acquiring right of way and imProv- <br />ing street to be paid for by the interested property owners. It was conceded that this would be costly <br />and probably difficult to get 50 or 60% of the property owners to agree to run the street through and <br />improve it.
