Affidavit <br />A. _ of mailing of notices was ordered filed by the Mayor. <br />Ier COIIIRICATION FROM KEITH G. SORENSON, 57 Summit Drive, Redwood City was read by the <br />Clerk stating the Use Permit was denied by the Board of Adjustments of the Planning <br />HiATE' Commission by a vote of three to two, one member absent. Adequate off-street <br />;m- parking space was provided which was not required in the Zoning Ordinance for this <br />district. The letter stated that the City and County planners 'testify that good plan - <br />1119 Places, churches in good residential neighborhoos, and the City's Zoning Ordi- <br />1011- 48rnce provided for churches in R-1 Districts.
