<br />ABATEMENT„ MORTUik, RY BUILDINGS ON MIDDLEFIELD ROAD. Attorney Joe Fitzpatrick appeared

<br />for owner, Lew Franklin, stating that they were ready and willing, voluntarily
<br />to tear down the sheds in back on the property as suggested by the Building, Fire
<br />and Health Departments. Councilman Morgan moved the matter be placed on the
<br />agenda for sixty days, to allow time for the owners to abate the buildings as
<br />indicated. Motion seconded by Councilman Royer. Councilman Jones was of the
<br />opinion that inasmuch as building materials were available, the entire group of
<br />buildings should be taken down, however, it was explained that only the sheds
<br />were posted, the committee's feeling being that for the present the buildings
<br />in the front be allowed to stand. City Attorney advised that proveedings should
<br />be duly and regularly continued to the second meeting in June. Councilman Morgan
<br />included this in his original motion, approved by the maker of the second. Motion
<br />carried.

<br />attorney would come back with some solution. Councilman Morgan moved the matter
<br />be carried on the agenda, that all reports be furnished Attorney Harold Anderson
<br />for study. Motion seconded by Councilman Herkner and carried.
