Attorney Joe Fitzpatrick appeared <br />•i; b ,I,I <br />for owner, Lew Franklin, stating that they were ready and willing, voluntarily <br />to tear down the sheds in back on the property as suggested by the Building, Fire <br />and Health Departments. Councilman Morgan moved the matter be placed on the <br />agenda for sixty days, to allow time for the owners to abate the buildings as <br />indicated. Motion seconded by Councilman Royer. Councilman Jones was of the <br />opinion that inasmuch as building materials were available, the entire group of <br />buildings should be taken down, however, it was explained that only the sheds <br />were posted, the committee's feeling being that for the present the buildings <br />in the front be allowed to stand. City Attorney advised that proveedings should <br />be duly and regularly continued to the second meeting in June.
