<br />PUBLIC HEARING CIRCLE ROAD IMPROVEMENT. Affidavit of publication and posting notice of hearing ordered
<br />filed. Assistant City Attorney Lebsack explained that due to changes it was necessary to adopt a
<br />new Resolution of Preliminary Determination. Severalproperty owners appeared regarding the
<br />proposed improvements. City Engineer Jain attempted to explain the necessity of moving curb 2
<br />feet and the installation of two bulbs as shown on preliminary plans. After considerable,- discus- 1
<br />i
<br />sion, Councilman Morgan moved, seconded by Councilman Jones that both bulbs be left in the* project.
<br />It was generally understood that the Park Department would take care of the necessary maintenance a `'
<br />of the bulbs. Motion carried. It was also understood that ultimately stop=signs, would be installed l
<br />at the bulbs. The above arrangements were agreed upon by both Mrs. G. Schroeder and Mrs. W. Krogh.
<br />Mr. 17. A. Saunders and Mr. Distero were also heard on the matter.
