<br />DONALD R. GILLASPY AGAIN APPLIED FOR WATER CONNECTION at 707 Vernal Way. He state he had
<br />contacted Mr. Winter before the deadline of July 17, 1950 at which time the Council

<br />established a policy of no water connections in the Emerald Lake area except to the

<br />l IF parties listed as having been given commitments prior to that date. Superintendent
<br />Winter advised Mr. Gillaspy' s name did I notappear on this list. P+Ir. Gillaspy sub-
