Mr. Bevilockway stated that his cement contrac had received a Permit to install a driveway approach and a ilman for h parking area at 2411 Jefferson Avenue. He stated further that after the ground was broken `and the street ADVVAY- gbing removed he was informed by the City L ngineera s office that the driveway approach ption, : aould'not be installed and that curb would have to be replaced at his expense.
