<br />February 18th on motion of Councilman Granger, seconded by Councilman Spillers and

<br />ABATEMENT PROCEEDINGS 1116 and 1120 Jefferson Avenue. On motion of Councilman Granger,
<br />seconded by Councilman Jones, City Attorney Currie was directed to prepare the
<br />necessary resolution to vacate premises, for presentation at the meeting of February
<br />18th. Motion carried.
<br />FINAL AMENDED MAP OF TERRACE SHOPPING CENTER was approved subject to final approval of
<br />City Engineer Jain on motion of Councilman Spillers, seconded by Councilman Herkner
<br />and carried.
<br />CLAIMS Nos. 7260 to 7358 inclusive amounting to $28,535.21 were approved on motion of
<br />Councilman Jones, seconded by Councilman Royer, and carried.
<br />RESOLUTION No. 1208 TRANSFERRING 0316.50 from Unbudgeted Reserve upon recommendation of
<br />Charter Study Committee was offered by Councilman Granger, who moved adoption,
<br />seconded by Councilman Royer and carried on roll call. Councioman Morgan noted
<br />absent.
<br />PLANNING COMMISSIONS RECOMMENDATION FOR ANNEXATION OF L. PESSANO'S PROPERTY approximately
<br />3/4 acres adjoining Atherwood East Side Woodside Road, held up at the request of
<br />the City Attorney to allow further discussion.
<br />PLANNING COMMISSION'S RECOPr11`IENDATION APPROVING THE MOVING OF STUCCO BUILDING from 976
<br />Woodside Road to the corner of Gordon Street and Palm Avenue was approved on motion
<br />of Councilman Spillers, seconded by Councilman Royer, and carried.
<br />COYP OF LETTER FROM PETER SORENSEN ADDRESSED TO ABRAHAM AND BETSY FRANK regarding the
<br />proposed building on Jefferson Avenue off Broadway was read by Clerk Dodge at Mr.
<br />Sorensen's request.
