M.K. ), 9L}8 Durlston Road, REgUESTING PERMISSION TO DEMONSTRATE GUIDE DOGS IN A SPOT IN FRONT OF THE COURT HOUSE, FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 22, was referred to the Police Department to make the necessary arrangements on motion of Councilman Spillers and seconded by Bouncilman Morgan. LETTER FROM SOUTHER PACIFIC COMPANY REGARDING INSTALLATION OF Ir�RCURY VAPOR STREET LIGHTING UNITS AT MIDDLEFIELD AND CHESTNUT STREET CROSSINGS was read by the Clerk in which the City was requested to authorize the installation and agree to assume expense of main- tenance and operation after the installation. On motion of Councilman Granger, second, ed by Councilman Royer Clerk was directed to reply to letter advising that the City was in the process of negotiating a sale of street lighting system to the Pacific Gas and Electric Company and we will advise later as to the final decision in this matter. motion carried.
