COUNCILMAN HERKNER STATED HE HAD INSPECTED THE SIDEWALKS ON TENTH AVENUE, FRIIIDLY ACRES which were the cause of considerable protests from people residing in the area. He requested that the City Engineer check into the possibility of jacking up certain sections which had dropped on one corner and raised in the opposite corner, stating that he had been informed that this might be a possible solution of the problem; this to be done in lieu of application of asphalt if the program was feasible. INNS, 1132 WINDSOR WAY, LETTER REGARDING CONDITION OF HTS STREET W,IICH HE STATED WAS CAUSED BY MATERIAL SUPPLIERS IN HAULING CEMENT, ROCK AND GRAVEL, ETC TO THE GRAM- MAR SCHOOL IN THAT AREA NOW UNDER CONSTRUCTION. Mr. Marshall was requested to take disciplinary action at Five Points Hotel, 2015 E1 Camino Real, pledging cooperation and necessary evidence which has accumulated ove3 al period of years. Reply from Mr. Marshall advising that accusation has been filed and vie will be informed of the time and place of the hearing to be conducted before the Hearing Officer. Councilman Spillers moved that letters be made part of the record, copy of Mr. Marshall's letter to be included in the records. Motion seconded by Councilman Morgan and carried. Nothing further will be done at this time until hearing is held.
