<br />TRACT 'No. 22 granted on motion of Councilman Morgan, seconded by Councilman Jones
<br />and carried.
<br />ACQUISITION POOLE PROPERTY. Councilman Royer moved, seconded" by Councilman Spillers, that
<br />City Attorney Currie take proper steps to acquire the Poole property. Motion Carrie
<br />on roll call vote.
<br />MAYOR BRITSCHGI REQUESTED THE PERSONNEL BOARD to study the Five Points Patrol question.
<br />Councilman Spillers recommended that the matter be referred to the Chief of Police.l
<br />FIRE HAZARD OF CARPORT AT 811 Vera Avenue was discussed. Notice had been given to re-
<br />move this fire hazard, but this has not yet been done. Councilman Spillers moved,
<br />seconded by Councilman Royer, that City Attorney Currie write a letter to owners
<br />giving them 30 days in which to take the carport down. Motion carried.
<br />REQUEST FOR TRANSFER OF $p20,000 from the Active Cash Fund into the General Reserve Fund
<br />was made by City Auditor Brophy. Councilman Morgan offered Resolution No. 1236
<br />and moved its adoption, seconded by Councilman Jones. This carried on roll call.
<br />CLAIMS 7730 to 7853 inclusive totalling 077,138.69 were approved for payment on motion
<br />of Councilman Morgan, seconded by Councilman Royer, and carried.
<br />RESOLUTION HONORING WAR VETERAN PFC HENRY ARMADA was offered by Councilman Granger,
<br />seconded by Councilman Royer and carried on roll call.
<br />MEETING ADJOURNED AT 12:10 A. M. to Monday, April 14, 1952, on motion. of Councilman
