That Floyd D. Granger, Sidney D. Herkner, Paul Jones, and Robert V. Spill <br />were thereby elected Councilmen for the full terra of four years, and Christine Ti <br />was elected Councilman for the short term of two years, and the City Clerk is her <br />authorized to sign and deliver to said Floyd D. Granger, Sidney D. Herkner, Paul <br />Jones, Robert V. WAYNE MILLINGTON, PAST PRESIDENT OF CHAMBER OF COMMERCE spoke vriefly, thanking the <br />Council for their cooperation during the year 1951 while he was president of that <br />body. Mayor Britschgi replied with a few well spoken remarks, after whi6h a letter <br />from Councilman Albert H. Morgan, Jr. was read by the Clerk expressing Mr. Morgan's <br />thoughts and thanks to the citizens and to the members of the Council for their <br />cooperation through the years he served as Councilman. <br />AFTER REMARKS BY ALL MEMBERS OF THE CITY COUNCIL, Mayor Britschgi thanked his fellow <br />members for their support while he served as Mayor, also thanked the Service Clubs, <br />Veterans Organizations and the citizens for their support. <br />ADJOURNMENT SINE DIE.
