Spill were thereby elected Councilmen for the full terra of four years, and Christine Ti was elected Councilman for the short term of two years, and the City Clerk is her authorized to sign and deliver to said Floyd D. Granger, Sidney D. Herkner, Paul Jones, Robert V. WAYNE MILLINGTON, PAST PRESIDENT OF CHAMBER OF COMMERCE spoke vriefly, thanking the Council for their cooperation during the year 1951 while he was president of that body. Mayor Britschgi replied with a few well spoken remarks, after whi6h a letter from Councilman Albert H. Morgan, Jr. was read by the Clerk expressing Mr. Morgan's thoughts and thanks to the citizens and to the members of the Council for their cooperation through the years he served as Councilman. AFTER REMARKS BY ALL MEMBERS OF THE CITY COUNCIL, Mayor Britschgi thanked his fellow members for their support while he served as Mayor, also thanked the Service Clubs, Veterans Organizations and the citizens for their support. ADJOURNMENT SINE DIE. Councilman Spillers moved adjournment in honor of Councilman Morgan, outgoing member, seconded by Councilman Jones and carried on roll call.
