There were no written or oral protests <br />4I <br />RESOLUTION No. 907 APPROVING PUBLIC CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY, FRIENDLY ACRES • Coun <br />cil• <br />man Spillers offered resolution and moved its adaption, seconded by Councilman <br />Granger and carried on roll call. <br />RESOLUTION No. 907• <br />RESOLUTION OF PUBLIC CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY - FRIENDLY ACRES <br />WHEREAS, on July 3, 1950, the City Council of the City of Redwood City adopted a <br />Resolution of Preliminary Determination to make public improvements in the City <br />of Redwood City, being Resolution No. 902 of said Council, to construct certain <br />public improvements more particularly described therein, and did fix therein <br />this date as the time and place when and where any and all persons interested <br />may appear and show cause, if any they have, why the City Council should not <br />find and determine that the public convenience and necessity require the improve- <br />ments described and referred to in said resolution without compliance with the <br />Special Assessment, Investigation, Limitation and Majority Protest Act of 1931; <br />and <br />11411EREAS notice of the adoption of said resolution and of said time and place <br />of hearing was given by the City Clerk by the City Clerk by publication and <br />ing <br />C <br />
