WHEREAS the Council of the City of Redwood City on July 18, 1949, duly and reg- <br />ularlY passed and adopted Resolution No. 749, declaring its intention to make certain <br />improvements in the City of Redwood City, more particularly described in said resolu- <br />tion and to which resolution reference is hereby made for further particulars: and <br />WHEREAS an assessment diagram was prepared and approved by the Council of the City <br />of Redwood City on April 3, 1950, to which diagram reference is hereby made for further <br />Particulars, and <br />WHEREAS said improvements have been satisfactorily completed; and <br />WHEREAS proper notice of the filing of said assessment was given by the Clerk of <br />the City of Redwood City by posting, causing to be published and mailing notices of the <br />assessment to each person owning property proposed to be assessed therefor, as said <br />persons' names and addresses appeared on the last equalized assessment roll for City <br />taxes$, and <br />WHEREAS a hearing was held on July 3, 1950 in the City Hall of the City of Redwood <br />City, at which ti ie all written protests to said assessment were reads and <br />WHEREAS said hearing was duly and regularly continued to July 17, 1950; and <br />WHEREAS all protests, whether written or oral, were duly orverruled and denied: <br />WHEREAS all other written protests, if any, were overruled; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, The Council of the City of Redwood City resolves as follows - <br />That the assessments and the assessment diagram attached thereto, covering the <br />cost of tertian improvements made in the City of Redwood City and -described in Resolu- <br />tion No. 749, to which resolution reference is hereby made for further particulars, <br />and which assessment has been filed with the Clerk of the City of Redwood City, be and <br />the same is hereby approved and confirmed. <br />Passed and adopted by the Council of Redwood City at a regular meeting thereof, <br />held on the 17th day of July, 1950, by the following vote: <br />AYES, and in favor of the passage and adoption of the foregoing resolution, <br />Councilmen: GRANGER, HERKNER, JONES, MORGAN, ROYER, SPILLERS AND BRITSCHGI. <br />NOES, Councilmen: NONE <br />ABSENT, Councilmen: NONE <br />ATTEST: <br />RALPH S.
