<br />Councilman Granger,.reported.that•during the time when.Councilmam-Hilton was on the
<br />Council.. The Council at that time was of the opinion of having the commercial zoning at
<br />the rear of the'Brewster lots between Brewster and Alden Street.. This was followed by
<br />discussion -,in regard to.what..procedure should be followed to include the northerly side
<br />of Brewster.A.venue.in the rezoning., Mr. and Mrs. .John Goth.spoke in favor of the
<br />rezoning.. Mr. John Robb..s.tated..that the original notice of the public hearing heard
<br />before the Planning Commission included the northly portion ob Brewster Avenue.
<br />Aftkl further discussion, Councilman Royer moved that the public hearing be closed,
<br />seconded by Councilman Spillers and carried. City Attorney Currie stated that the ord-
<br />inance could not be introduced at this time because of the lack of the proper description.
