Councilman Royer offered RESOLUTION NO. 1926 AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF FUNDS OF THE CAPITAL PROJECT FUND IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,300 and moved its: adoption, seconded by Councilman Stout and carried on roll call, Councilman Spillers noted absent. City Attorney Currie wants authorizationto be granted to the,City Clerk to accept deeds to the property in back of the City Hall in regard to the Parking District, that is, as long as the cost is equal to but does not exceed the appraised value. Councilman Royer moved authorization, seconded by Councilman Stout and carried. Mayor Herkner announced that there will not be a regular Council Meeting on September 19th. This meeting will be adjourned until september 26th. Mayor Herkner stated that the Council has not received any reports on unfinished business which was supposed to be brought up before the Council every two weeks. City Manager was instructed to bring in report next meeting. Mayor Herkner reported that he is going to leave the City for about a week.
