JOSEPH P. HANLON APPLICATION FOR USED CAR PERMIT AT 1450 EL CAMINO REAL. City Engineer Jain recommended that any approval of this permit include the requirement that the owner shall comply with City ordinance requiring construction of full width commerical sidewalk, to avoid the misunderstanding that has occurred in issuance of permits for other used car lots. Mr. Hanlon applied as an individual for a use permit for the dealing in Used Motor Vehicle at the property known as 1450 E1 Camino Real. This property formerly had been used as a Used car lot. Mr. Hanlon enclosed a check in the amount of $400 as required by ordinance.
