<br />It is the recommendation of the Water Superintendent, concurred in by the City Manager, that the low

<br />Improvements. Councilman Stout moved to accept the low bid, seconded by Councilman Britschgi. The
<br />Engineers estimate was 5301700. Motion carried.

<br />It is the recommendation of the City Manger that the low bid of Freemen Paving Company, in the amount
<br />of $18,480.28, be accepted, payment to be made from the War Memorial Fund. Councilman Granger moved to
<br />accept the low bid, seconded by Councilman Herkner. Councilman Stout questioned whether or not every-
<br />thing had been taken care of for the building before he approved additional expenditure for the parking j
<br />lot. The City Manager reported that the money was available for the parking lot. Motion carried. `
<br />REPORT ON BID OPENING, 125 CFM COMPRESSOR FOR STREET MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT. The following bids were

<br />Since the Jaeger Compressor meets all requiremtns of our specifications, it is the recommendation of
<br />the City Engineer, concurred in by the City Manager, that the low bid of the Edward R. Bacon Company be
<br />accepted; payment to be made from the equipment replacement fund. Councilman Herkner moved to accept
