These properties are <br />described as Lot 4p Block 1, Jefferson Avenue Addition, and Lot 429 Block ls' W. W. & M. Subdivision. <br />Councilman Spillers moved that this be referred to the Real Estate Committee, seconded by Councilman <br />Royer, report back in two weeks. Motion carried. <br />NICATION FROM COUNTY ADVISORY PLANNING COUNCIL wherein they outlined what has been done by the Council <br />and what they intend to accomplish during the coming year. Francis Britschgi, representing Mr. Coats, spoke at great length in regard <br />to extending Woodside service road to Valota Road. Mr. Britschgi stated that his clients would be <br />willing to give the property for the service road and eventurally pay for their share of the road <br />work.
