COUNCIL DISPOSITION OF ITEMS, CITY MANAGER NOTES ON ESTABLISHING SEWER RENTALS OUTSIDE CITY. INTRODUCE ORDINANCE: Councilman Herkner introduced the ordinance establishing rules, regulations and charges in connection with the City Sanitary Sewer facilities, seconded by Councilman Spillers. Councilman Weiss wanted to know if this ordinance would effect the sanitary districts and he also questioned the amount of the outside rate.
