EASEMENT, Councilman Royer moved approval <br />of the Planning Commission's recommendation, seconded by Councilman Spillers and carried. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDED APPROVAL APPLICATION TO MOVE HOUSE FROM 1331 HUDSON STREET CUT OF THE CITY. <br />Councilman Granger moved approval of the Planning Commission's recommendation, seconded by Councilman <br />Spillers. City Engineer Jain suggested that this be subject to condition of paying for the raising <br />of the poser lines. This was included in the motion. M. EIGER TO RESUBDIVIDE PORTION OF LOT 21, BLOCK <br />E, WOODSIDE ACHES, (1240 WOODSIDE ROAD) BECAUSE LOT WOULD FALL INTO PLAN LINES. Councilman Spillers <br />moved approval of the Planning Commission's recommendation to deny, seconded by Councilman Royer and <br />carried. ' <br />PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDED DENIAL APPLICATION M. E. 01CONNOR FOR VAIANCE AND RESUBDIVISION LOT 3, , <br />BLOCK $, SWEENEY SUBDIVISION, (1127 STAMBAUGH STREET). Resubdivision as proposed would require a variance <br />to allow It foot rear yard on existing house. The Planning Commission proposed a resubdivision of 63 x <br />111 feet on one lot.. and 63 x 89 feet on second lot, which applicant rejected. Councilman Spillers <br />moved approval 6f the Planning Commission's recommendation to deny, sedonded by Councilman Britschgi who <br />i <br />stated that someone should take a look at this area and try to improve it. Motion carried. <br />AND SUGGESTIONS, CITY COUNCIL AND DEPARTMENT HEADS. <br />Councilman Britschgi stated"that because of the noise of the trains that some action 'or experiment should <br />be atteml5ted so matters brought before the Council could be heard by everyone in the room. He suggested <br />that the windows facing the street be boarded up leaving the windows facing the Library open so air can <br />be let into the Council Chambers. Councilman Royer moved that the City Manager check into this matter <br />and bring back a report at the next meeting, seconded by Councilman Britsebgi and carried. <br />Councilman Granger asked the City Attorney to read d proposed resolution, said resolutionbeing a tribute to <br />our service flag. This resolution if adopted would be sent to the p6ople on the committee in regard to <br />the service plaque. Councilman Granger offered RESOLUTION 19811 A TRIBUTE TO OUR SERVICE FLAG and moved <br />its adoptions seconded by Councilman Spillers. This was followed by discussion after which the motion <br />carried on roll calls Councilman Jones being noted absent* <br />Councilman Granger referred to the subject of Cordilleras Creek. He wanted to know if the School had taken <br />:l <br />any action to clean up the creek. This was followed by discussion a fter which Councilman Granger moved <br />that this should be referred back to the City Manager to make a detailed report on previous council <br />action in rgard to this matters seconded by Councilman Royer. This was followed by discussion. The <br />City Manager was asked to report back inttwo weeks. Motionccarried. <br />City Attorney Currie spoke in regard to garbage disposal. He recommended that the Council adopt the ! <br />resolution prior to the time that the district comes into being. This would merly call for a public <br />hearing. Councilman Royer offered <br />1985 REQUESTING BOARD OF SUPERVISORS TO SET A PUBLIC <br />HEARING ON THE FORMATION OF GARBAGE AND REFUSE DISTRICT and moved its adoption, seconded by Councilman <br />Stout and carried on roll~ calls Councilman Jones being noted absent. <br />', City Attorney Currie reported in regard to the Kensington Square Sewer Maintenance District and the <br />
