If, however, City shall enter into a succeeding Retrieval Service Agreement, the term of this agreement shall COrTespond to, and run concurrently with, the term of any such succeeding Agreement. City may, at City's discretion, substitute a d~erent contractor under the Retrieval Service Agreement for the Contractor serving thereunder in effect upon the effective date hereof, or enter into a new Retrieval Service Agreement. City shall' give Participating Owner notice of such substitution or new agreement not less that fifteen (15) days prior to the effective date thereof. If City shall, for any mason, not enter into a Retrieval Service Agreement with a succeeding Contractor, this agreement shall terminate and City shall so notify Participating Owner. Upon such termination, Participating Owner shall become a non-Participatir~ Owner and shall comply with the provisions of Section 14.122 (Mandatory Plan) of the Ordinance. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 14.123 of the Ordinance, in such event, Participating.Owner shall, as a non-Participating Owner, submit the plan required under Section 14.122 of said Ordinance within thirty (30) days of the date of termination.
