Budget <br /> At your direction, we have reviewed and revised our budget to include more time for preparation of <br /> ~ the Final EIR, two more meetings/hearings, and time for the noise consultant to attend one hearing. <br /> With these additions to the scope, the cost to prepare the EIR is estimated not to exceed a maximum <br /> of All costs would be charged on a time and materials basis, and commensurate with work <br /> ~ completed, in accordance with the attached fee schedule. If we do not need all the time that has been <br /> budgeted, we will only bill for the time that is actually spent completing the work. Payment will be <br /> due on a monthly basis. A breakdown of the EIR cost estimate is provided below and a detailed <br /> ~ budget estimate, broken down by task, is provided on the next page. It should be noted that the <br /> attached budget is for estimating purposes only and not for contractual purposes. We propose to <br /> prepare the EIR for the not-to-exceed fee, based upon our current understanding of the project and the <br /> ~ scope presented herein.
