We are hereby <br /> requesting a contract amendment of $ (from a total of $ to $ <br /> The additional work required during the initial phase of environmental review includes work to <br /> be completed by our firm and two subconsultants, Fehr and Peers and Illingworth and Rodkin. <br /> In addition, since the preparation of our scope of work in the charge rate for ponald <br /> Ballanti has changed. <br /> New work for our firm includes revision of the Notice of Preparation, attendance at a second <br /> scoping meeting and coordination meetings, and revision of the project description and graphics. <br /> Fehr and Peers has provided a revised scope of work that covers preparation of a Transportation <br /> Impact Analysis (TIA) for the revised project (see attachment). Additional services would <br /> include addition of the Hopkins/Alameda intersection, trip generation estimates for the revised <br /> hospital expansion, recalculation of the levels of service for study intersections, roadway counts <br /> and analysis for three roadway segments on Circle Drive and Upland Drive, a second <br /> Cumulative Scenario representing a higher occupancy of the facility, and review and <br /> incorporation of an updated list of approved and pending projects in the analysis. The additional <br /> cost for the TIA is $ including our firm's markup for administration and billing. <br /> Illingworth and Rodkin is the subconsultant responsible for preparing an environmental noise <br /> assessment for the project.
