<br />Attachment 1 C <br /> <br />For services not set forth in section 1 of this Agreement which Attorneys are <br />directed to render for and on behalf of the City, compensation shall be on the basis of <br />reasonable fees to be agreed upon by the City and Attorneys. The City shall in no event <br />be obligated to pay any such fees to Attorneys unless it has entered into a separate <br />written agreement with Attorneys specifying the nature of the services to be provided by <br />Attorneys and the method of determining the fees to be paid for such services. <br /> <br />5 . Advice and Counsel.
