<br />AGREEMENT FOR REGULATORY AGENCIES <br />ENVIRONMENTAL PERMITTTING SUPPORT_SERVICES <br /> <br />LSA Associates <br /> <br />EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />Itemized List of what Consultant will do for City and at what price and schedule. <br /> <br />The scope of services shall be performed on a time and materials basis. <br /> <br />1.
