15. Amendments, Supplements. This agreement may be amended or <br />supplemented to effectuate its purposes. Such amendments or supplements shall be <br />executed by the parties in the same manner as this agreement. <br /> <br /> 16, Governing Law. This agreement, its terms and conditions, and the <br />performance of the parties hereunder, shall be governed by the laws of the State of <br />California. <br /> <br /> 17. Attorney's Fees. If either party shall commence an action against the other <br /> <br />party arising out of or in connection with this agreement, the prevailing party shall be <br />entitled to have and recover from the losing party reasonable attorney's fees and costs <br />of suit. <br /> <br /> 18. Notices.
