1/10/2005 <br />ORIGINAL <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14621 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 14468 <br />WHEREAS, the Political Reform Act of 1974, as amended (Cal. Gov. <br />Code §81000, et seq.), requires state and local government agencies to adopt <br />and promulgate a conflict of interest code; and <br />WHEREAS, on November 22, 2004, the City Council approved Resolution <br />No. 14617, thereby adopting a revised conflict of interest code for the City of <br />Redwood City and repealing prior resolutions related to conflicts of interest; and <br />WHEREAS, the Council desires to repeal Resolution No. 14468 which <br />sets forth a prior City conflict of interest policy and which has been superseded <br />by Resolution No. 14617. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Repeal That City Council Resolution No. 14468 is hereby repealed in <br />its entirety. <br />2.
