Written Communications (continued) <br />Council advised staff to work with Redwood Shores, Inc. to resolve this <br />probl em. <br />9.1 In response to City Clerk Hildebrand's memo regarding applications for the <br />Civic Cultural Commission, the Council suggested readvertising for two more <br />weeks. <br />M /S: Chandler /Britschgi to approve advertising for 2 more weeks for new <br />members on the Civic Cultural Commission. <br />Carried unanimously by voice vote. <br />MINUTE ORDER NO. 88 -04 <br />9.2 Mayor Claire reported that he received a letter from Vatican City writing at <br />the direction of His Holiness Pope John Paul II expressing his thanks for the <br />proclamation from Redwood City presented on the occasion of his pastoral <br />visit to the United States.
