Chowenhi l l requesting adoption of <br />ordinance requiring designation of "no smoking" area <br />in restaurants <br />M/S : LaBerge /Greena 1 ch to request staff to draft an ordinance relating to <br />smoking in public places. <br />CLARIFICATIONS: Councilman Greenalch said it is his understanding of the <br />motion that the ordinance will address the time, place and manner in which <br />people may smoke in public places.
