IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING ADJOURNED CITY COUNCIL MEETING) <br />ROLL CALL - 7:50 p.m., Mayor Claire presiding <br />Councilmen present: Britschgi, Bury, Chandler, Greenalch, LaBerge, Stangel and <br />Mayor Claire <br />Councilmen absent: None <br />Planning Commissioners present: Asmus, Murray, Nobles, Sanfilipo, Quirk and <br />Chairman Audsley <br />Planning Commissioners absent: Aikins <br />Officials and staff present: Smith, Schricker, Hildebrand and Department Heads <br />Chairman Claire welcomed members of the General Plan Review Committee and the <br />public, noting that the meeting is one of a series of working sessions on the <br />proposed General Plan. Mayor Claire described the process of developing of the <br />present proposed General Plan, which commenced some two years ago, and the <br />procedures for adoption of such a Plan. <br />1. Review of Land Use Policies <br />Ken Schroeter, Planning and Management Consultant, referred to Section 8 <br />in the "Studies" binder relating to the Land Use Element of the General <br />Plan.
