Reimburse Redwood City Elementary School District for Sidewalk, Curb and
Paving Repairs
Council Member Hartnett stated that this is an item that had previously been
approved by City Council in conjunction with the Elementary School District in
which there was a shortage of funds to complete the repairs and construction on
Avenue del Ora adjacent to John Gill School subject to the agreement by the
City and School District. The work was completed but there was a request for
reimbursement of $20,000.00 by the School District. He stated that his
preference in such matters is that approvals come before the Council prior to
completion of the project.
Recommendation:
Hartnett/Foust to approve the reimbursement of the Redwood City Elementary
School District in the amount of $20,000.00 for site repairs constructed on
Avenue del Ora adjacent to John Gill School.
