Theater Way and Broadway/Jefferson/Main Parking Lot <br />Bid documents will likely include drawings and specifications for the following elements: <br />- tree planting and irrigation <br />- pavement modifications <br />- lighting modifications <br />- façade improvements <br />- location and type of site amenities (benches, trash receptacles, etc.) <br />We will also provide assistance with Redwood City Tree People if appropriate, to facilitate <br />planting of trees by volunteers or community groups. <br /> <br />Our proposed fee for tasks I -6 is Twenty-nine thousand dollars ($29,000) plus expenses. The fee <br />includes VKK's design schematic services and the optional ARC hearing task. The fee can be <br />divided into three categories: <br />Wayfinding & Sign Program <br />Theater Way & Parking Lot Improvements <br />Shared Tasks (Meetings & Presentations) <br /> <br />$13,500 <br />$8,000 <br />$7,500 <br /> <br />This fee assumes that the work will be undertaken in a focused time period, with approximately <br />three months :trom beginning of work to its completion.
