<br />EXHIBIT C: <br /> <br />HOURLY BILLING RATES <br /> <br />For services performed by Fukuji Planning & Design, the Client agrees to <br />pay at the following hourly billing rates: <br /> <br />Personnel <br /> <br />Standard Hourly Rate <br /> <br />Bruce A. Fukuji, AlA Principal <br /> <br />$ 150.00 per hour <br /> <br />Technical Staff <br /> <br />$ 90.00 per hour <br /> <br />Administrative Staff <br /> <br />$ 45.00 per hour <br /> <br />Above rates are in effect until an annual fee review or per contract terms <br />and conditions. Expenses are in addition to above fees and billed at 1.1 <br />times the actual cost.
