Per our conversation to continue to support the <br />planning process and communications, we have established with the <br />Sequoia Hospital project team, this letter is requesting authorization for <br />the following additional services to the November 1, 2004 agreement: <br /> <br />Task 8 <br /> <br />Project Meetings, Conununications and <br />Coordination. Facilitate project meetings, <br />communications and coordination with the City and the <br />Sequoia Hospital project team to resolve site planning and <br />design issues.
