<br />EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />1. CONVERSION TO DREAMWEAVER MX 2004 <br /> <br />Task Description. Convert WAP webs from FrontPage to DreamWeaver. <br />. Redwood City's webs have recently been re-implemented using DreamWeaver <br />software from Macromedia. <br /> <br />There are 4 separate functional WAP webs: admin1, admin2, admin3, customer. <br />They are all subwebs of a unifying parent web. They must be separate because each <br />has its own set of access controls. They are all implemented using Microsoft's <br />FrontPage software. <br /> <br />For consistency of look-and-feel, ease of integration, and ease of maintenance, all <br />WAP webs must be converted to DreamWeaver. <br /> <br />Deliverables <br />. All WAP webs converted to DreamWeaver MX 2004. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Work Estimate. 80 hours. <br /> <br />Additional Costs. DreamWeaver MX 2004 software. $400. <br /> <br />Comments. Includes DreamWeaver installation at KorTech facilities and <br />familiarization, conversion of FrontPage-specific controls and constructs. Includes <br />adoption of RWC's CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) styles. <br /> <br />2. ADMINISTRATIVE INTERFACE REDESIGN <br /> <br />Task Description. Implement dynamic menu bar on left margin of admin webs for <br />easier navigation and to save more space for page content. Redesign admin1 to <br />avoid horizontal scrolling. <br /> <br />Deliverables <br />. Design, implementation, documentation <br /> <br />Work Estimate. 80 hours. <br /> <br />Comments.
