7. The agreed-upon written final report by the Coro Fellows shall be a typed, professionally executed Project report presented to the Host Organization. The report shall (1) present a matrix that summarizes types and amounts of developer fees in select Bay Area cities and (2) analyze and recommend fee increase options for Redwood City in connection with recycled water fees, Park Development fees, and other development fees in general. Each Coro Fellow shall retain one copy of the report, and an additional copy shall be provided to Coro Northern California. In addition to the written report, the Coro Fellows shall make an oral presentation to staff involved in the project, and the other participants in the Coro Fellows Program in Public Affairs on Friday January 28,2005 at a time to be determined. As noted in Item 6, the Coro Fellows shall make a presentation of their recommendations to City Council at a date in Pebruary to be determined. 8. All parties to this agreement agree that all work of the Coro Fellows on the Project is the sole and exclusive property of the Host Organization. The dissemination of any part or the entirety of any of the Coro Fellows' work on the Project, including the final written report, is at the sole discretion of the Host Organization. Notwithstanding the foregoing, however, Coro Northern California reserves the right to utilize the process and product of this Project without the prior consent of the Host Organization. 9. All parties to this agreement agree that any changes in this agreement and/ or the related project description shall be made in writing, submitted in a timely manner, and agreed to, in writing, by all parties to this agreement. 10. The Host Organization agrees to protect, indemnify and save harmless the Coro Pellows and Coro Northern California and their officers, officials, employees and volunteers from and against all claims, demands and causes of action by the Host Organization's employees or third parties on account of personal injuries or death or on account of property damages arising out of the work to be performed by the Host Organization hereunder and resulting from the negligent act or omissions of the Host Organization, Host Organization's agents, employees or subcontractors. 11. Coro Fellows and Coro Northern California agree to protect, indemnify and save harmless the Host Organization and its officers, officials, employees and volunteers from and against all claims, demands and causes of action by Coro Fellows' employees or third parties, or Coro Northern California's employees or third parties, on account of personal injuries or death or on account of property damages arising out of the work to be performed by Coro Fellows or Coro Northern California hereunder and resulting from the negligent act or omissions of agents, employees or subcontractors of Coro Fellows or Coro Northern California.
