What are the discrepancies between fees and defmitions (clarify discrepancies) <br />. Do fees impact development (interviews) <br />. What are the ratios of development fees to assessed valuation <br /> <br />Project Criteria - The study will determine and compare development fees for the following <br />projects: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />New 3000 sq. ft. single family home (4 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2 car garage) <br />New Accessory Dwelling Unit (640 sq. ft., detached from the main house, 1 bedroom, and 1 <br />covered parking space) <br />Maximum 499 sq. ft. second story room addition (1 bedroom, 1 bath, no additional parking) <br />New 58-unit apartment building, average of 870 sq. ft. per unit, a total of 24 three-bedroom <br />units, 17 two-bedroom units, 9 one-bedroom units, plus 8 efficiency units (one-bedroom) four <br />stories over parking for 112 cars (325 sq. ft. per stall) <br />New 50 residential condominium development, each 1,400 sq. ft., 3 bedrooms per unit, three <br />stories over parking for 113 cars <br />New 20,000 sq. ft. retail development (retail store) with structured parking for 100 spaces (325 <br />sq. ft. per stall) <br />New 60,000 sq. ft. office building with structured parking for 200 cars (325 sq. ft. per stall) <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Comparison Cities <br />.
