ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> PROFESSIONAL ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN SERVICES <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this t/' ~day of <br />  <br />'~A'[~..~ , 2001, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a <br />municipal corporation of the State of California, ("City"), and WORMHOUDT <br />LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE, INC. of Santa Cruz, California ("Consultant"); <br /> <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City proposes to construct a skate park facility in the City of <br />Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires professional <br />architectural and design services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Consultant represents that it possesses the experience, and <br />is qualified to perform the aforesaid services for the Project; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. CONSULTANT'S SERVICES. Consultant shall prepare construction <br />documents and perform architectural engineering and design services described <br />in Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br /> 2. COMPENSATION; EXPENSES; PAYMENT.
