ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES - <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL ANALYSIS <br /> <br /> (MARINA SHORES VILLAGE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT) <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this . y of ¥~J(~-~ , <br />2001, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a charter city and <br />municipal corporation of the State of California, ("City"), and Wagstaff and <br />Associates ("Consultant"); <br /> <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City requires an environmental analysis in order to <br />understand the potential significance of environmental impact associated with <br />development of 1,930 residential units, 312,000 square feet of commercial space <br />and a marina; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, preparation of an Initial Study <br />is required pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act ("CEQA"; Pub. <br />Res. Code {}21000 et seq.), the State Guidelines implementive thereof ("State <br />CEQA Guidelines"; 14 CCR §15000, et seq.) and the City's Regulations <br />implementive thereof; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, subsequent to the completion of the Initial Study, the Project <br />may be subject to environmental review pursuant to CEQA; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Glenborough - Pauls LLC has agreed to pay for the Initial <br />Study and subsequent environmental review and preparation of documents (the <br />"Environmental Review"); and <br /> <br />F:Atty2001Shared/Redwood/Council/AgmtJAgmt-517 1 <br /> <br /> <br />
