TASK ORDER/ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br /> NO. 1 <br /> <br /> This Task Order is entered into pursuant to the terms and conditions of the following <br /> described agreement (the "Agreement"), entered into by and between the City of <br /> Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California (the "City") and <br /> Wagstaff and Associates (the "Consultant") hereinafter identified: <br /> <br />Title of Agreement: Professional Consulting Services - Environmental <br /> Analysis <br /> (Marina Shores Village Environmental Impact Report) <br /> <br />Consultant: Wagstaff and Associates <br /> Urban and Environmental Planners <br /> 2512 Ninth Street, Suite 5 <br /> Berkeley, CA 94710 <br /> <br /> Date of Original November 20, 2001 <br />Agreement <br /> <br />1. Task Described. Consultant shall perform the following services, which are in <br /> addition to those services described in the Agreement. <br /> <br /> Description of Services: <br /> <br /> Perform additional work including revised traffic analysis, evaluation of new <br /> alternatives, attendance of additional meetings, and other work, as further specified <br /> in Consultant's proposal attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by <br /> reference. <br /> <br />2. Compensation. City shall compensate Consultant for the services described in this <br /> Task Order under one of the two following alternatives, as indicated (check and <br /> complete, as appropriate): <br /> <br /> a) X (check, if appropriate) Compensation shall be based upon the rates of <br /> charge and method of calculation described in the Agreement. The total amount <br /> of compensation for the additional work will be sixty-five thousand seven hundred <br /> ten dollars ($65,710). Glenborough-Pauls ("Project Developer") shall first deposit <br /> the amount with City and then the City shall in turn pay Wagstaff and Associates <br /> for the additional work.
