The revised analysis is out <br />of our original scope-of-work md will be conducted as an additional service. The purpose of <br />this letter is to request a t~dget amendment to our contract for this work. <br /> <br />The following tasks will be conducted to revise the Cumulative Conditions analys/~ <br /> <br /> Task 1: We will revise our pending project trip generation and asslg,,.~-nt estimates <br /> for the proposed Abbott Labs, Kaiser Master Plan, Downtown Area plan: and <br /> Sytffy developments to reflect current development proposals and/or rare <br /> likely land use intensities. <br /> <br /> Task 2: We will review the C./CAG travel demand forecasting model to e*rirnate <br /> regional growth in the area. A global growth factor (to yew 2020) will be <br /> determined and applied to existing roadway volumes. Traffic from ..a~roved <br /> and pending projects wiI1 then be added to the factored volumes to obtain <br /> intersection turmng movement volumes under Cumulative Conditions. Level <br /> of Service (LOS) calculations will be conducted under Cumulative <br /> Conditions using the TRAFFLX LOS analysis soft~vare. <br /> <br /> Task 3: Project-generated traffic will be added to the Cumulative Condition volumes <br /> to obtain intersection mining movement volumes under Cumulative Plus <br /> Project Conditions and LOS calculations will be conducted. <br /> <br /> <br />
