WARREN <br />FOX APPRAISAL SERVICES, INC., FOR CONSULTING SERVICES <br /> <br />adopted unanimously by roll call vote. <br /> <br />---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Councilman Stangel suggested that consideration be given to appointing a <br />Redevelopment Agency separate from the City Council. <br /> <br />CONSENSUS: Chairman Claire determined it to be the consensus of the Agency to <br />schedule for the next regular Agency meeting a discussion of whether or not to <br />appoint a separate Redevelopment Agency from the City Council.
