Oral Communications (continued) <br />In response to question, City Attorney Schricker said that litigation is <br />involved with regard to part of the street and noted that in one photograph <br />the side of the street pictured has problems relating to soil subsidence and <br />sewerage main failure. <br />Mr. Levin distributed two additional photos of Seaport Boulevard showing dirt <br />piled above fence height and asked that the property owner's use permit be <br />revoked. <br />In response to question, Planning Director Patterson said that the <br />conditional use permit held by the property owner allows the dirt to be piled <br />as high as 20 feet and that the fence height is 8 feet. <br />CONSENSUS: Mayor Claire determined it to be the consensus of Council to <br />review the conditions of the Use Permit for the property depicted in Mr. <br />Levin's photograph at the next Council meeting (May 4, 1987) and for staff to <br />suggest alternatives.
