Review of proposed project -El Camino Real/ <br />Broadway (Gateway Sub-Area) <br /> <br />Report: <br /> <br />Community Development Director 4/22/87 <br /> <br />Planning Director Patterson presented the subject report. <br /> <br />Samuel C. Sinnott, A.I.A., 1150 University Drive #109, Menlo Park, said that <br />the property owner is probably willing to consider removing two parking places <br />and readjusting the landscaping, but is anxious to proceed with the project <br />and believes he will require some parking in order to obtain building tenants. <br />Mr. Sinnott suggested the landscaping can be redesigned but he would like to <br />have building approval. <br /> <br />M/S: Chandler/Greenalch to enter into an Owner Participation agreement for <br />the subject property to allow the developer to proceed with the building and <br />then with the design for the rest of the area for parking and landscaping or a <br />combination. <br /> <br />MINUTE BOOK NO. 47 <br />Page NO. 116 <br /> <br />Redev.Agency <br />4/27/87 <br /> <br />---,-- --- <br /> <br />--- ~---- , <br /> <br />¡ <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />- - .J <br />
